Keep-Fit Can-Can

     

First of all, I have the great pleasure to introduce you to the truly wonderful dance troupe 'Mais Qui Can Can ', the very first of it's kind to emerge from ' Jolly Fit's' Keep Fit Can-Can course.Their debut performance went down a storm as 7 women charged in and broke the 'Silent Night' of Rottingdean's Christmas festival, offering a feisty tale of gypsy rebellion danced to the god of gypsy punk himself Gogel Bordello. So if you'd like to be a part of the next can-can revolution I am very pleased to tell you that the next 4 week Keep Fit Can-Can course starts January 14th at Alive gym, Brighton.........What better way to shake off those winter blues and burn off that Christmas pud than to adorn a pair of frilly knicks, lift your skirt to your chin and sing 'Helleluja' as you high kick your way into a brand new year!!
